HOW we work

Assessment and Planning

We will work with you to create a personalized plan to help you achieve all your goals. We will work with the job super to make sure we stay on schedule.

Preparation and Formwork

Before pouring concrete, meticulous preparation is crucial. We set up formwork, which acts as a mold for the concrete. This involves constructing temporary frames to define the shape and dimensions of the structure.

Our team ensures proper reinforcement placement, whether it’s steel bars (rebar) or other materials. Reinforcement provides strength and prevents cracking. Attention to detail during formwork setup ensures that the final concrete surface meets design specifications.

Concrete Placement and Finishing

With formwork in place, we proceed to pour the concrete. Our skilled crew ensures consistent mixing, proper hydration, and timely placement.

During pouring, we use techniques like vibration to eliminate air pockets and achieve uniform distribution. Once the concrete is set, we focus on finishing. This includes smoothing, texturing, and applying any desired surface treatments (such as stamping or staining).
